INTRODUCTION

This Export Expedition programme is an experiential learning programme that provides awareness and an overview picture of how to handle the business of exporting. This programme provides a comprehensive knowledge on the fundamentals of exporting and also expose them to the relevant government agencies and organizations that are involved in Trade Facilitation

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this training is to provide the participants with a general and specific outlook of how the Customs
Department is organized into various divisions and their specific functions and procedures.

The course will also cover the various procedures and documentation related to import and export and will also briefly examine the various facilities and incentives provided by the Royal Malaysian Customs to assist businesses focusing on related offences and compliance issues. Further to that, an exploratory visit to Royal Malaysian Customs Department in Westport. The visit will give hands on exposure to the participants on the process of trade facilitation conducted by RMCD
