Programme Objective
  • To provide access for rural youths to undergo specific skills training

CERTIFICATE II IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES

Programme Info

This program will ensure participants are able to explain the tourism, hospitality, food and beverage industry with exposure to customer service. Relevant topics will be taught such as hygiene, selling procedures and risks that exist in the business.

CERTIFICATE II IN RETAIL OPERATION & MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Programme Info

Participants will have the opportunity with hands-on experience in professional management and operation of a retail store / hypermarket. Focus will be on planning and maximizing performance of the store operations function for both small and large retailers, covering core and management skills.
