How to aqurate JPK-SKM Level 3 Certficates based on your working experience


Recognizing Prior Experiental Learning or RPEL is a mechanism that allows for Certfied Assessors to look at your previous work experience, your knowledge, your learning and everything you learnt on the job, assess that, verify that and certfy that your experience, knowledge and know how is equivalent to that of a person who went through formal educaton, and pass you for a SKM Level 3 Certficaton (Certficaton issued by the Department Of Skills Development (JPK))

RPEL measures and gives value to what you learnt on the job. The RPEL program has the full support of the HRDF, JPK and Human Resource Ministry.
