Dr Tristan Evans is head of Government Affairs of the International Trade Council. In his role with the Council, Dr Evans consults to governments and multi-national entities on free trade agreements, foreign direct investment plans and free-trade zone setup.

Dr Evans is also on the ITC’s mediation and arbitration panels for trade disputes (both inter-governmental and business-to-business) and works with governments to facilitate trade and investment promotion and development projects. Dr Evans previously worked as a financial consultant for the winding up of CIT group and for the World Bank and the UN in various advisory capacities.
